General terms-I reserve the right to refuse any commission request if I feel uncomfortable with it.-Communication will be conducted through any of my social media platforms, including Discord, Reddit, or email, depending on your preferences.-If you want a commission with any of the "depends" options, you don't need to pay more for it; you just have to accept the risk that the result may not meet all your expectations.-By requesting a commission, you agree to all the terms listed here.2. Pay-The commission will not be charged until the payment has been made; preferably, it should be a full payment.-If for any reason you cannot pay in full on the same day, a 50-50 fee can be arranged which will have a due date of 5 days, if by that time you have not paid the full price, then your commission will not be paid to you.-I accept payments through PayPal, Mercado Pago, or Vgen for added security.-Your place will only be secured after payment confirmation.3.Process and reviews-An initial sketch will be sent for approval before proceeding with the final artwork.-You can request up to 3 free revisions during the sketching phase.-Additional revisions or major changes (such as pose, composition, character, or main colors) may incur additional charges.-Changes that fall outside the initial scope or exceed the revision limit will be billed proportionally to the additional time required.4. Schedule and delivery-The waiting time for the drawing is 3 to 6 days, exceptions can be made if you need it sooner.-You will be kept informed throughout the process.-The final work will be delivered in high resolution (PNG/JPG) and via email.5. Usage and copyright-Personal use: Its use is permitted in profile pictures, personal impressions or social media, provided that the artist is properly credited.-Commercial use: It is not permitted without prior agreement and payment of a commercial fee.-AI/NFT: My artwork may not be used under any circumstances for AI training, datasets, or NFTs.I can share the artwork in my portfolio and social media for promotional purposes.6. Refunds and cancellations-No refunds or cancellations of commissions will be made once payment has been made and the drawing has begun.-Please ensure your purchase is safe.
